If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise (in resalable condition) with all tags in the original package within 30 days for a refund.

Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.

Please allow 15-20 business days to receive and process your return.

Returning Intimate Apparel

• Items must be intact and packaged
• Do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These can leave marks and scents, which may make the item non-returnable.
•  We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in resalable conditions.

If we made a mistake shipping you the wrong or, damaged items, it won’t cost you anything. Just contact us at info@carolemartinbra.com and request a prepaid label. Upon receipt of the label, return the item(s) along with the return form. Please print out the The Return Form  fill in the information required and send it back with the merchandise.
