I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what we at Carole Martin are doing to ensure the highest possible level of customer service within the current climate surrounding the Covid-19 crisis.
As a company we have experienced crisis situations in the past. Accordingly, we have established contingency plans to continue to support our customers remotely should the need arise. At present, we continue to take, process and ship orders from our regular facilities without disruption. We were are fully stocked prior to the outbreak, have ample inventory on hand and do not anticipate any shortages. Currently, we do not expect there to be a disruption in our supply chain, nor in our ability to process and ship your orders or to respond customer service inquiries.
Carole Martin is continuously updating preparedness plans which include ensuring our operating facilities maintain proper hygiene protocols and on time delivery while enabling a healthy and remote customer service work environment if needed.
